Registration Instructions
Register early! To secure a spot in these popular programs, all forms must be received by Monday, JUNE 17th. All registration is on a first come first served basis and there may be a maximum number limitation.

All students:
Students who participate in the Laney Summer Music Program will apply for admission to Laney College and enroll in a college class. You’ll need the following information to enroll in the correct class:
- Jazz Intensive [$300]
- dept. & course #: MUS 126
- course title: Jazz Orchestra
- Wind Ensemble [$150]
- dept. & course #: MUS 211
- course title: Summer Band
- String Orchestra [$150]
- dept. & course #: MUS 210
- course title: Summer Orchestra
Please print out, fill out, collect signatures, and return the appropriate forms for your age group.
For students who will be 12 and under on June 1st:
- Camp Registration form
- Peralta Admissions Application
- Middle School Special Enrollment form
- must have student’s signature, parent’s signature, and principal’s signature
- must have a seal/stamp (raised seal—not a Xerox)
- fill in class code, dept. & course #, and course title
- Check made out to Peralta Foundation. Checks will not be deposited until June 1st. There will be no refunds after June 1st.

For students who will be 13 to 17 on June 1st:
- Camp Registration form
- Peralta Admissions Application (submit online)
- Middle School Special Enrollment form
- must have student’s signature, parent’s signature, and principal’s signature
- must have a seal/stamp (raised seal—not a Xerox)
- fill in class code, dept. & course #, and course title
- High School Special Enrollment form
- must have student’s signature, parent’s signature, counselor’s signature in TWO different places, and principal’s signature
- must have a seal/stamp (raised seal—not a Xerox)
- fill in class code, dept. & course #, and course title AND get a counselor’s signature where this information is filled in
- Check made out to Peralta Foundation. Checks will not be deposited until June 1st. There will be no refunds after June 1st.

For students who will be 18 or older on June 1st:

Register for the class online using the codes above. NOTE: Students who are 18 and older must pay the college registration fees in addition to the basic fee for the session.
